What we collect

When you request a call, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, date of birth and the type of plan you're interested in. We also record your IP address, browser type, the page you came from, and a record of the consent you gave (including TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD certificates that document what was shown on the page when you submitted the form).

How we use it

We use your information to have a licensed insurance agent contact you about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Prescription Drug (Part D) and Medicare Supplement insurance plans, to keep records required by law, and to prevent fraud. We do not ask for or store your Medicare number, Social Security number or payment details on this website.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the licensed insurance agents and agencies who will contact you, and with service providers that help us run this website and keep consent records. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Your choices

You can revoke your consent to be contacted at any time by telling the agent who calls, or by calling 1-888-592-0758. You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it.
